One link, every phone.
The ordino is a page, not a file: it opens at once on any phone, with no app and no zooming. Change the call at night and the same link shows the new one in the morning.
ROARDINO
Call sheets · The Mad Lions Lab · Experiment 02
The call sheet, in one link. Write the call, the place and the day's plan, pick a picture and a colour, and send the crew one page that opens on any phone, with directions, weather and sunset.
Free · in the browser, on a computer or a phone · nothing for the crew to install

Why a production stops sending the call sheet as a PDF in the group chat.
The ordino is a page, not a file: it opens at once on any phone, with no app and no zooming. Change the call at night and the same link shows the new one in the morning.
Paste a Google Maps link and Roardino finds the spot. The crew gets Directions and Open in Maps, a tap to call the location contact, and the weather, sunrise and sunset for that place and that day, filled in by themselves.
One general call, then a call for each group: camera, lights, make-up, cast. Under it the day's schedule, the scenes, cast, crew and contacts. Whatever you fill in shows; whatever you leave empty stays out.
02 · For the set
At five in the morning, on a phone, in a hurry.
One tap on the ordino puts the shoot day in the phone's calendar, with the call time and the place.
Pick a look, an accent colour and a cover picture with the production's logo. The ordino looks like your project, not like a form.
Day two is day one with a few changes: Duplicate makes a new ordino with everything in it, ready for the new date, as a draft until you send it.
Send the ordino into a RoarMe chat, or by WhatsApp, Viber or SMS. It is the same RoarMe account, so every ordino you make is in one place, on any device.
03 · Everything
The rest of Roardino, briefly.
Client, title and the production company on the cover, with its picture.
Heading, date, day X of Y and the unit, on top of the ordino.
General call, wrap, the break, and one line under the call for whatever matters most today.
More places for the same day, each with its name, address and its own Directions.
The day hour by hour, in the order you shoot it.
The scenes of the day with their numbers and what happens.
Who is called, in which role, with a tap to call.
Production, location manager, the AD: everyone the crew may need to reach.
Parking, the dress code, the password for the wifi: one note at the end.
Keep an ordino as a draft and send it when it is ready; the link opens only then.
Coming next first, then drafts and the ones gone by, with search and filters.
A sample ordino for a night shoot opens with no account.
